Delivery & returns

We will deliver your purchase free of charge and fully insured to your address in Sweden using the Swedish postal service or another suitable delivery service. For international shipping, DHL Express may be used.

Orders for items that are in stock are processed within 1-2 business days. If an item is sold out or made to order, please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for production.

For higher value pieces, a member of our team may contact you prior to dispatch to coordinate secure and appropriate delivery arrangements.

Deliveries within the EU are shipped as Delivery Duty Paid, meaning that VAT is included in the price. For orders outside the EU, local VAT and taxes are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout. We cover customs clearance and duties. Prices for international shipping are displayed at checkout.

Returns

You have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days from the day you receive the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount. You are responsible for the return shipping, and the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and not damaged. Any labels, box and pouches must be returned with the product. If the product is lost in return transit it will not be compensated for.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, this can be done within 14 days from delivery. Please contact us before returning the product so we can guarantee the product is in stock. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Contact our Customer Service, and we will help and provide you with all necessary details.
